Today this former centerpiece of financial extravagance
has been transformed into an exquisite main ballroom and
luxury event venue designed to host special events and
social engagements. Restored by The Gordon Companies
in 2013, Sixty State Place now combines the most modern
amenities while retaining the beauty and elegance of the
building’s historic origins. |

In 1902, to instill an affluent and awe-inspiring splendor,
National Commercial Bank and Trust hired York and Sawyer
to create their headquarters, a building later labeled a
“temple of finance.” Over 100 years later the exquisite
styling and details captured by the Beaux-Arts neoclassical
style are still evident. |
